Before placing a pre-order with Gacha Boom, please know more about the Terms & Conditions:

We will stop accepting pre-orders once the allocated stock is reserved.
Pre-order acceptance is subject to availability, and Gacha BOOM reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time.

The exact shipping period may vary slightly depending on the status of the orders and production timelines.
Products are imported from Japan and shipped worldwide from the Netherlands.
Shipping details, including tracking information, will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Product photos and specifications posted on this page are currently under development and may change without notice.
All images are for reference purposes only. The final products may vary in design, color, and specifications.
Colors shown in images may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting, screen settings, or production variations.
Additional accessories shown in images are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
Gacha Boom does not guarantee exclusivity of products to pre-order customers.

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product is canceled by the manufacturer or Gacha Boom.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and refunded in full.

For international orders shipped from the Netherlands to your destination country, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), tariffs, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are determined by your local customs authority.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations.

Gacha BOOM is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including production issues or shipping carrier delays.
We are not liable for minor variations in product appearance or specifications.
