We import our products directly from Japan and ship worldwide from the Netherlands via a variety of reliable shipping carriers. Upon arrival in your destination country, your package will be handled by the local postal service.

We offer several shipping options, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please note that customs clearance times may also impact the estimated delivery schedule.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), tariffs, and/or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
