Return and Refund Policy

At GaCha BOOM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your anime figure, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, personally damaged, or altered.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival).
  • GachaGacha random items.
  • Pre-order items.
  • Blind box items.
  • Subscription items

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a credit will be applied to your account in the form of points on our website. These points can be used towards future purchases. OR the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • The points will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

Using Points

  • Points can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly contact us via email: gachagochagotcha@gmail.com.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
